Site Preparation Before the Foundation

Depending on the property, foundation excavation may require land clearing, rough grading, access preparation, building-pad work, and drainage before excavation can begin.

Backfilling & Final Grading

After foundation work is completed, we can return to backfill around the structure and perform the grading required for the next stage of construction.

Proper final grading can also help direct surface water away from the building.
